Our approach

We use discovery stages to create a roadmap covering foundations, uplift, and build. An iterative approach may be taken to accelerate use case delivery while addressing other layers.

Free 30 minute workshop - we will conduct a workshop to qualify which funding programmes can be leveraged, and lead the next steps in processing the funding approval process

Plan it: Rapid Assessment. The Mantel Group team will conduct a cost and benefits analysis focused on your business context, and aligned to a personalised AWS migration plan. On the technical side, we'll create a fit-for-purpose, wave-based migration/modernisation plan, with relevant high-level, pattern- based designs. This includes the deployment of automated tooling at no cost to map information flows, dependencies and usage patterns.

Build it: Migration Readiness. The Mantel Group team will perform a platform build/uplift, with migration capability build (eg. migration patterns), and production pilot migrations.

Scale it: Migration at scale. Migration of workloads to production, leading and supporting cutover activities, upskilling teams, continuous uplift/optimisation.

Hypercare and/or Transition to DevOpsaaS. The Mantel Group team will assist with transition to operations/run including continuous optimisation and improvements plans to security, data, performance, DR and CI/CD.
