# SEC EDGAR Filings

Rearc's **SEC EDGAR Filings SAMPLE** data product offers some forms, filings, and reports available in the SEC EDGAR database from 1996 and 2022 for publicly listed US companies.

The data is offered as .nc files in the XBRL format. Data in XLSX, plain text, and tabular format is available on request. This dataset does not update.

### Included Data:

* **index.parquet:** This index file contains a row for each form available, with the report's file path and information like company, CIK, form type, and filing date.

* **.nc Files:** Each of these files contains a single form in XBRL format.
