With protection from day 1, Scam Detect profiles both the inbound and outbound flow of funds, identifying customers moving funds (outbound) to make scam payments or acting as a money mule by receiving funds (inbound).

The solution can be layered on top of existing controls to provide additional protection. Financial institutions can integrate the Scam Detect score into their existing fraud strategy and work alerts in existing case management systems, strengthening their holistic defences against scammers.

CUSTOMER ONBOARDING CONSIDERATIONS

Please note that Scam Detect is an API driven SaaS solution currently only available via AWS Private Offer. On acceptance of an associated Private Offer:

1) You will be contacted by Featurespace within 1-2 Business Days using the details provided during the Scam Detect subscription registration process.

2) Featurespace will confirm the Scam Detect integration requirements with you and then provision a Test and Production environment as follows:

a. Test Environment - within 2 Business Days

b. Production Environment - within 2 Business Days following Test Environment connectivity/data validation.

3) Once connectivity to the Production Environment has been successfully established you are receiving scores, your subscription will transition to the standard Scam Detect Support service.
