ORI is a Conversational Enterprise GenAI enabled voice bot solution which enables enterprises to automate all communications (inbound and outbound) between enterprises and their customers. ORI enables humanlike conversations, fine-tuned to achieve distinct goals across Customer Acquisition (lead qualification, nurturing, conversion), Onboarding, Customer Support, Upsell/Cross-sell and Retention (winback, renewals and collections) in over 100 languages and 300 dialects Our Generative AI Personalisation feature ensures that interactions with our system remain varied and engaging, avoiding robotic repetition by introducing slight variations in phrasing. In instances where our Voicebot fails to understand the customer or encounters a query beyond its knowledge base, we offer Personalised Fallbacks. These fallbacks leverage Generative AI to provide tailored responses personalized around the customer. Additionally, our system has the capability to adopt various personalities for the Voicebot, allowing for formal, confident, or other tones as desired, effectively representing the brand ethos of the client. Moreover, our system is emotionally responsive, adapting its tone and style based on the user's sentiment, enhancing the conversational experience. In terms of Speech To Text (STT) Customisations, we offer features such as Speech Modulation to adjust the speed of generated speech, Pitch Modulation for modifying voice pitch, and Emotional Quotient and Empathy Modulation to tailor empathy levels. Our system also supports different genders and handles punctuation, including training on company and domain-specific words. Furthermore, Multi-Language Support allows seamless transition between languages during a conversation, catering to diverse linguistic preferences. For Text To Speech (TTS) Customisations, our system excels in Automatic Language Identification, effortlessly recognizing the language and accent of the customer to provide contextually relevant responses. Additionally, similar to STT, it handles punctuation and can be trained on specific terminology. VoiceBot Latency is a key focus, with our system ensuring low response latency, typically responding to customer queries in under 1 second, enhancing the conversational flow and user experience. Voice Cloning capabilities are also offered, enabling the creation of entirely new voices or synthesizing voices based on existing samples, including those of famous personalities or individuals chosen by clients. Situation Awareness is a hallmark feature, with our system able to acknowledge customer interruptions, pause during interactions as needed, and seamlessly switch context based on the conversation topic. Furthermore, our system retains memory of previous contexts, allowing for smooth transitions back to prior topics when applicable.
