Discovery Session

We’ll conduct a joint discovery session in which we review your application portfolio, technologies and architecture, as well as current development processes and team skills.

We’ll also use this opportunity to:

Working collaboratively, we’ll help you develop a modernization roadmap that accounts for resource consumption, licensing costs and alignment to your business and technical goals.

This includes working to:

Categorize applications to determine modernization strategies, including refactoring to .NET Core, leveraging containers, incorporating serverless,

examine open-source database feasibility to replace MS SQL, and retiring applications

Explore and select tools, technologies, architectural patterns and processes based on applicability to your existing portfolio

Define a modernization roadmap with a focus on quick wins, building momentum and maximizing ROI

Identify and scope the modernization effort for your target portfolio of Microsoft applications
