This data package contains the information of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Crosswalk Medicare Cost AWS Drug Code and Drug Price NOC NDC PartB Drug and average sale price Drug Code for October 2019. This also shows the HCPCS Medicare Outpatient Prospective Payment PartB NDC and Average Sale Price Payment Allowance Limit PartB Drugs by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The Medicare Part B payment limits for valid HCPCS codes that are not included in the quarterly ASP pricing files will be determined by the local Medicare contractor.
