Our Process

Goal-Oriented Evaluations: We begin with your business goal and capture it using an industry-standard method called a Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation.

Bi-Weekly Demos: Every two weeks, we demonstrate our progress to stakeholders and we also quantify our results by showing performance against your domain-specific LLM evaluations.

Technical Review Sessions: After each demo, we also hold a separate detailed session with your technical team. This includes a walkthrough of the code and the GenAI best practices we’re integrating. Our goal is to ensure your team has a shared understanding of what we’re building together and can independently replicate the AI solutions we develop together.
