Our team will evaluate your organization's cloud migration readiness through a Migration Readiness Assessment (MRA) and inventory your application portfolio to enable you to build a cloud migration business case. This assessment and business case will help to align your key stakeholders and leadership on business goals. The engagement is applicable to customers looking to move workloads into the cloud or customers already in the cloud and looking to move new workloads. Taking a closer look into our Migration Readiness Assessment (MRA), the MRA is designed to identify your organization’s high-level requirements and metrics for scaling current on-premises and cloud workloads to AWS. The MRA will determine key strengths and areas for growth regarding cloud- readiness and will create an action plan to remedy any identified gaps. The AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and its associated perspectives (e.g.: platform, security, governance) are used as the framework to ensure that there is a comprehensive understanding of the necessary transformative initiative for a successful move to the cloud. As the MRA is completed, our team will perform additional portfolio discovery. This will include listing of assets to be migrated and/or modernized, establishing service level agreements and any requirements around uptime, licensing, performance, security and compliance, refactoring/recording, business continuity and disaster recovery. A cost analysis exercise is performed to recommend the appropriate right-sizing price model for in-scope workloads. The final recommended migration and modernization strategy will be presented which will include a cost breakdown for initial CSP services, an estimated Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) calculation for the 1st year (up to 3 or 5 years), a percentage (%) ARR for specialized workloads to inform of immediate cost-saving benefits and support the cloud migration business case.
