About

The Landing Zone Accelerator on AWS ("LZA") solution deploys a foundational set of capabilities that is designed to align with AWS best practices and multiple global compliance frameworks.

Customers enhance the traditional landing zone capabilities with LZA, that provides a

comprehensive solution across 35+ AWS services.

The Comunet LZA professional services engagement provides expertise and experience to help customers deploy the AWS LZA with confidence knowing it is being implemented and customised to meet your requirements.

The engagement will start with a design workshop to discuss current and future requirements for the AWS environment. Following the workshop Comunet will develop a detailed cloud solution design document that includes:

• Requirements

• Landing Zone Design

• Cloud Foundational Services including Next Generation Firewall (if required)

• Identity Management

• Network Connectivity

• Backup & Disaster Recovery Environment

On completion of the design, Comunet will undertake a design walkthrough workshop to review the design documentation with key stakeholders. Following sign off on the design, Comunet will build and deploy the LZA environment.

To assist with Operational Enablement Comunet will provide detailed runbooks and work alongside the customer's staff to support the customer with their new environment.

Comunet are an Advanced Consulting Partner and hold multiple AWS certifications and delivery competencies.

The LZA helps you establish platform readiness with security, compliance, and operational capabilities that are deployed via infrastructure as code (IaC). Through a set of configuration files, you can:

• Configure additional functionality, controls, and security services such as AWS Config Managed Rules and AWS Security Hub.

• Manage your foundational networking topology such as Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC), AWS Transit Gateway, and AWS Network Firewall.

• Generate additional workload accounts using the AWS Control Tower Account Factory
