In a half-day session, we will help you deploy a working CDK project into one of your sandbox environments, then run a workshop to teach your developers how GenAI can be used in data pipelines to generate document metadata, to search for vital information within historical documents, to transform unstructured data into structured formats, to detect data quality issues, to build content generation pipelines, and to score documents for relevance and quality, among other tasks.

Workshop format: After this workshop participants will have practical experience in deploying and customizing Gen AI solutions on AWS, as well as understanding how the solution could be adapted for your organization. The agenda includes:

Introduction/Overview of the Architecture: A comprehensive introduction to the architectural pattern we have successfully deployed at multiple enterprises (see: TC Energy Success Story). The architecture will be broken down to illustrate how AWS services, particularly Amazon Bedrock, can be used to build scalable and adaptable GenAI solutions.

CDK Project Deployment: Participants will be guided through deploying a pre-built CDK (Cloud Development Kit) project that can be set up within minutes in any AWS account. You will be amazed at how quickly a GenAI foundation can be established, providing a ready-made framework to build upon.

Customizing Prompts and Parameters: Using Renewable Energy Project Proposals from the FERC website as an example, (or provide your own sample documents!) participants will learn how to adjust prompts and parameters to suit specific use cases. See firsthand how Amazon Bedrock is a flexible solution for running many LLM use cases.

Integration Activity & Ideation: The session will conclude with showing how to integrate these capabilities into existing data architectures and offering ideas on scaling the Gen AI solution for different organizational needs.
