Each sprint is 3-weeks and leverages our packaged structure for requirements, inputs, workshops, deliverables, and outcomes. The process will be executed using the following key steps:

Preliminary data capture of available documentation;

Discovery workshops (typically 3 x 2 hours) for a complete understanding of requirements

Analysis workshops (typically 2 x 2 hours) to explore and confirm design decisions.

Deliverables handover

The outcome will include our recommended SAP modernization plan including migration plan, cloud architecture, SAP high-level design and SAP cost analysis for Cloud.
