Each terraform build follows a terraform state file that captures the entire state of each of the environments: development (DEV), system integration (SI), quality assurance (QA) or a production (PROD) environment within each tenant's account. These terraform files are shared only among authorized builders and implementation architects of the customer account, and leverages MFA, authentication and authorization, with management access controls centralized by IAM, federated or SAML identities.
