You now have the opportunity to access our unique Quantum Secure Network trial (subject to requirements), which combines Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC). This trial enables UK based organisations to evaluate the provision of quantum secure networking (data services secure from cyber-attack via quantum computing).

Overview – It is time to prepare for the threat posed by quantum computers, to ensure the long-term security of your sensitive data. BT and Toshiba are offering you a unique opportunity to trial a combination of Quantum Key Distribution and high bandwidth encryption connectivity.

The global focus and advances in quantum computing threaten the establishment of encryption keys currently protecting our sensitive data. This threat exists even before computationally advance quantum computers are built, as bad actors could be able to acquire and store your sensitive data today and decrypt this later, when quantum computers are available.

Quantum secure networking, deployment and evaluation – The UK quantum secure network offers Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) technology provided by Toshiba to protect your sensitive data. QKD uses quantum physics to provide encryption keys for your data which cannot be decrypted by quantum computers. QKD can also be used in conjunction with Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) algorithms, providing a hybrid approach which offers a level of defense-in-depth.

Managed service provided by BT – Subject to your requirements, BT can provide a tailored managed service. Options include keys as a service, managed low-latency bulk encryption and quantum secure VPNs.

Integration with your current network and security innovation work – BT and Toshiba will collaborate with you, to design an integrated QKD solution which meets your requirements, augmenting current security services. In addition, as your strategic partner we will guide you through your journey to a quantum secure migration plan.
